Prepare each room

Open curtains and shutters, clean the lens and remove personal documents. Photograph in natural light and keep the phone level. Avoid extreme wide-angle settings that distort the room’s proportions.

Show how the spaces connect

Start with an overview of the living room, then show the kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and outdoor areas. Include connecting spaces. The first image should represent the property itself rather than a nearby beach.

Keep pictures and facts consistent

State clearly whether a garden or pool is shared. Do not remove permanent defects from photographs. For virtual furnishing, keep the original picture and label the edited version. Check that every image belongs to the property being advertised.
